This 'spider' collage was in response to the 'Wednesday Stamper' challenge last week. I only had to use a crackle stamp for the background and clip art and a transparency. It was quick work and I was a happy camper....

Maggie, Thanks for your comment on my blog today....as always, I appreciate each and every one.
You let me know if I ever get too tedious or boring. It could happen and I would hate that! And, so you know...tying a knot and hanging on...the story of my life!! Have a nice day....pat

Hi Maggie, Thanks for stopping by my blog, it's great to meet you! Your collage work is fantastic, I must say, as I scrolled down your page here! You had asked about Digital scrapbooking, and I think it IS right up your alley, it would be just another medium for your collage work! You can buy digital scrapbooking programs at a lot of stores, like Office Depot and probably even Target or Walmart! There are lower end price ones and higher end. My program was in the middle, it was a gift, but I believe it was like 40.00 and I wanted a program that didn't have too many bells and whistles so it would be easy to figure out! I can't think of the program's name, and it's on another computer that I'm not on right now, so I will leave a message later today with it's name for you. and the great part is that all of the digital elements you could ever think or dream of are on sites online, I particularly like Shabby Pickle Designs, but google digital scrapbooking and you'll see lots! All you have to do is take the digital kits you purchase, and open your folder on your program and when you download each element in the kit goes into your folder, and then you can move papers, pieces, words onto the screen to make your designs and then the program has sections to edit pieces where you can make different effects like the misty look that you admired on my pictures. you can email the pages, blog them and print them! a warning though: It's addictive because it is fun and hits that creative button in you!
